Effective February 1, 2025, Arrow Sanitary Service is the sole solid waste & recycling provider for the City of Estacada. We have worked closely with the former owners of Dan Walker Disposal to ensure a smooth transition of collection operations. Arrow Sanitary will handle billing for January & February. Any outstanding balances for Dan Walker Disposal services before January can be remitted to us.

We will ensure payment reaches the previous owners.
