Service Update - September 15, 2020
This Arrow Sanitary Service update covers:
- City of Portland Residential Collection
- City of Gresham Residential Collection
- Clackamas County / City of Estacada Residential Collection
City of Portland Residential Collection
We are resuming garbage and compost service for the City of Portland residential customers on Wednesday September 16th. If your service was disrupted this week due to the smoke from the wildfires, please place your garbage and compost containers to the curb on your service day and we will collect them when it is safe to do so.
We will not be collecting recycle this week and you may set out double on your next service day at no charge. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding of our decision to keep our employees and the community safe during these challenging times.
City of Gresham Residential Collection

Clackamas County / City of Estacada Residential Collection
Due to the wildfires and evacuation zones in Clackamas County our routes are running behind schedule. If your service was disrupted this week, please place your garbage and recycle containers to the curb on your service day and we will collect them when it is safe to do so.
We will be collecting extra garbage and recycle at no charge due to the disruptions. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding of our decision to keep our employees and the community safe during these challenging times.
