Effective February 1, 2025, Arrow Sanitary Service is the sole solid waste & recycling provider for the City of Estacada. We have worked closely with the former owners of Dan Walker Disposal to ensure a smooth transition of collection operations. Arrow Sanitary will handle billing for January & February. Any outstanding balances for Dan Walker Disposal services before January can be remitted to us.
We will ensure payment reaches the previous owners.

On May 7, 2019, garbage truck driver, Bill White was presented the National Residential Driver of the Year Award by the National Waste and Recycling Association (NWRA) in Las Vegas, Nevada. White started working for what is now Portland-based Arrow Sanitary Service in 1987 and has driven for this company, without a single incident, ever since.
